Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation allows an escape from stresses that arise from living in our current world. These include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, aggression, pain, insomnia, high blood pressure and a low immune system.

By allowing your mind and body to settle into a relaxed state, you will feel calm, at peace and more positive. You will have greater control of your emotions, greater mental clarity and learn to gain perspective on stressful situations.

Mindfulness is a non-religious practice that focuses on the present moment in a non-judgemental way. It's a great tool that allows you to manage your well being.

Meditations include breathing, visualisation, mantra, contemplation, gratitude and loving kindness. We're all individuals and some prefer different meditations to others.

Scientific evidence shows meditation has a profound effect on us.

With so many health benefits, everyone should give it a go!
